Mechanical Solutions is a consulting company founded by Kevin O'Connor.  He has over 25 years experience in the electronics industry as a hands-on mechanical engineer and manager and has been a licensed Flotherm CFD consultant for 15 years.
He designs cooling and packaging for many leading server computers, handheld products, medical equipment, display systems, consumer electronics, embedded computers, and test equipment.
He can simulate and test your product or idea from chip to enclosure and provide a range of design choices that focus on practical solutions.
He has direct experience with suppliers of heat sinks, heat pipes, interface materials, fans, and blowers.  He knows their capabilities and limitations.  He also understands chip packaging and how and when to enhance circuit board conduction.
